Can you post Jobs for international positions?

No, currently we are only allowing jobs posts for the US.

How long is a job posting valid on the site?

Job posts last for 180 days.  After the window has expired, the posting can be renewed at a reduced rate.

I’ve received a potential match for my position, how do I contact the candidate?

Please select the interested option in the drop down, and the candidate will receive a notification on their dashboard as well as an email with your contact information.  If the candidate is interested, they can contact you via email.

How do I know if my credit card was charged?

There should be a pending item on your statement immediately with the final transaction recorded within 24 hours.  If you are still unsure after that time, please contact customer service at info@trovetalent.com.  We respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours.

What if I was charged twice on my credit card?

Please email customer service at info@trovetalent.com.  We respond to all questions within 24-48 hours.

 

Resume Posting for Candidates

Can international candidates post their resumes?

International candidates at US-based address can post for roles.  At this time, we are not accepting resumes from candidates that are internationally based.

Is there a cost to post my resume?

Candidates do not pay a fee to provide their resume.

Why can’t I upload a picture?

At Trove Talent, we believe pictures are a source of intended bias in the hiring process.  To give everyone an equitable chance to be selected for a job posting, pictures are not allowed during the interview selection process.  Once contact is made with a potential employer, it is up to the candidate if they choose to provide a photo.

What if I don’t like the position I’m matched for?

Please select the not interested option in the drop down on your dashboard next to the job description.  We will use this information to provide better matches in the future.

I have a received a match for a position, how do I notify the employer I am interested?

Select the interested option in the drop down next to the job posting.  You will receive an email with the hiring individual’s contact information.
